Can't find a deposit you made

If you made a deposit without creating an account beforehand, there's no history you can consult afterward: only the certificate downloaded at the time of deposit serves as proof. Keep it safe.

If you have an account, your deposits and certificates can be found in your personal space at v2.ipocamp.io. Check that you're signed in with the email address used at the time of deposit.

If you're unsure about a deposit you believe you made, contact our team from the Contact page with whatever details you have (approximate date, file name, email address).
