The fingerprint calculation never finishes

The fingerprint calculation happens entirely in your browser, on your machine — its duration therefore depends on the file's size and your computer's resources, not on our servers.

If the calculation appears stuck: check that the file doesn't exceed 2 GB if you don't have an account (this limit doesn't apply with a subscription), that it isn't open in another program at the time of deposit, and that your browser is up to date. Refreshing the page and trying again resolves most cases.
